in this era where digitization seems to take control of every aspect of our lives, there is always one lead question closely related to our lives. is the future of retail will be online or offline? what would happen with the physical stores where we used to shop? how can designers and architects create a balance in between?

to answer this one in a million questions, we e-converse with twodesigners, a crazy and offbeat multidisciplinary team of antiheroes, creator of the spectacular nest coworking and off-bar in mont-saint-guibert, and designers of the vibrant-and happy milk shop in liège, belgium, which projects always correspond to the environment with proven methodology and technology.

physical retail store has the experience that online could not give

“like many, we never imagined that a pandemic like that of the covid-19 could one day arrive. however, and without minimizing its importance, we are convinced that even if some changes will take place, it is essential to take into account the user at the center of the experience when we imagine or design a retail space. or even offices.”
