The extraterrestrial fantasy — quzhou sports campus to be completed in 2021

china has it all when it comes to giving the ‘all new experience’. developing extraterrestrial designs that color the country’s huge mainland and rich culture has been on their blood over the past two decades. the future seems to befriend china very well, or perhaps it is already in the hands, after looking at major technological advancements pioneered by the chinese creative industry.

quzhou is currently on its way to turn the town into one futuristic one. its deep traditional culture and philosophical ideas will soon blend in a surreal, ethereal hill-shaped sports campus landscape that truly envision city of the future.

due to open in 2021, the quzhou sports campus is a long-running project based in the chinese province zhejiang designed by mad architects. the 173 acres land will be transformed into a campus with 30.000 seat-stadium, 10.000 seat-gymnasium, 20.000 seat-indoor swimming pool, a national sports complex, and other sporting attractions which will take the form of undulating green hills.
