zyh designs is a brand that perceives home decor products as art pieces on their own, embracing minimalism in a familiar style while integrating sustainable architecture and the study of ergonomics with the aesthetic.
founded in 2021 by two passionate architecture students of the german university of cairo, yara zeidan and yasmin hesham in their final year of university, they decided to take this humble passion for home decor and materiality to a whole new level.
their launched collection consists of three vases that celebrate asersus wood; a type of very elite wood in egypt that grows in aswan city, and to preserve the beauty of nature. entitled “almond,” as each vase resembles an almond shape and form, its different styles are hoped to suit multiple tastes with sustainability in mind.
