cadence architects’ badari house is a resemblage of quiet and serene dwelling
badari is a modern tropical house situated in the beautiful city of bangalore (a.k.a. bengaluru), the center of india’s high tech urban city mostly recognized for its green parks, lakes, rooftop cafes, nightlife and city lights. making it also acclaimed as the garden city to the silicon valley of india.
bangalore neighborhood has always been quiet and serene. however, just like in every big city, the city’s commercial district’s dense growth has increases weather temperature and pollution.
hence badari residence was designed to further distinguished into two spaces: one that allows the client to have a personal and intimate room for himself, and second is to create a space blends in with nature, which encourages interaction among family and friends. the warm materials, the soft curve-shaped, and the tropical lush green features — all conceptualized as an assemblage of a series of episodes that seek ‘delight’ through architectural effects.
