linaya house by delution reinterprets compact minimalism

delution presents to introduce its newest iconic work, linaya. linaya is a house design with a compact house concept, which was then developed in a housing complex masterplan in ciputat, south tangerang. the architectural firm, which has earned national & international awards several times, designed this house on a 60 square meter land with a 95 square meter building area.

with minimal land area, this house is still designed to meet the needs of a family in the dwelling. therefore, the concept of a compact house was chosen to be able to accommodate these needs. with a small land area, this house is proven to be able to meet the space needs of an urban family today, ranging from lots of bedrooms and capable green space.

“because this is a house that will be marketed in a housing complex, we want to present an ideal house for the owner, so we have to provide the complete space requirements on this minimal land. we present the compact house concept to achieve this point,” hezby riyandi, chief design officer of delution explained.
