today, promoting inclusivity and diversity is as important as embracing the digital world that we are dynamically heading; no border, no limitations of where you want to go, accessible for everyone.

this is why major brands have escalated the power of diversity in their companies’ mission, which luckily led them to greater success. what are they, and how they promote it? our summary of seven brands has successfully promoted inclusive programs from their workforce culture to the products.

puma

puma has been awarded as the best-performing sports company in the ranking two times in a row. the 2020 report says that over 300.000 evaluations which involve 850 companies, have assessed their employers on a diversity of age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and even disability in the workforce. the assessment also includes an evaluation of the employees’ perception about how the brand is promoting various aspects of diversity and their perception towards inclusiveness.
