so it appears that sunflower is not only rich in oil, and contain beneficial nutrients for our body. each flavorful seeds produced from sunflower’s yellow head, to when it is wasted is highly beneficial in many functions!

while roasting a cake or daily face-treatment with sunflower-based ingredients considered vegan-, why not design with the material for an eco-friendly purpose?

sunflower seeds are known for dozens of vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals that are necessary for a variety of physiological processes.

we may know that the best aspect of sunflower seeds coming from their versatility as a food source.

take the example of no-bake granola bars, which is composed of gluten-free rolled oats and sunflower seeds, or chia seed pudding, which combines chia and sunflower seeds for the mixture.
