who admires minimalism? simplicity? quietness? serenity? or simply, a room of stillness where there is just “less “ of everything… i believe we all do.

stillness is the truest simplicity. it rhymes the world in peace, connecting all beings in harmony, from the living to non-living. it allows our body parts to concentrate functionally. stillness is humble, yet, a powerful world that determines the quality of our life.

there are so many things when it comes to stillness. as healing practicioner, serge benhayon, ever said, “once you know yourselves in your living stillness, there is nothing in this world that is greater than you.”

so do when we incorporate stillness into home design. with lesser object noises, lesser movement, lesser good for nothings, instead, inhale it with an energetic quality of being.

constant distraction and hectic activity might separate us away from the slate of tranquility. when feeling too many emotions and distress, we have throughput our 24/7. if looking for tranquility might seem impossible outside of the home, we can always create a sense of stillness at home. it starts with “having less” and “more accepting.” it begins with “throwing all the unnecessary” and focus on “the essentials,” as lao tzu defines silence is a source of great strength…
