working trends have changed over time. if to work in the 19s and early 20s means you have to be precisely at a particular place, from monday to friday (some even until sunday), eight hours per day, deal with the same pattern all over again. today’s generation no longer sees the culture that way.

as many have been exposed to the digital era and globalization, company models and occupation possibilities could no longer treat their employees the way the traditional way does.

especially when we try to tap the millenials, which culture and style are considered unique and require long-term research to understand the behavior and way of thinking fully.

so what significant change the modern era does? how relevant is it to millenials?
