when merging cement, concrete and black steel altogether, there are three design style possibilities of what these materials can form. one is a clean — minimalist design, a bold and masculine nuance, and the last is a sharp and brutalist look.

designed by dan preston, paradise restaurant — which formerly housed another eatery — is located on soho’s busy rupert street in only 51-square-meters. not intentionally made it look brutalist, yet the final result of the space did its own term of “brutally aesthetic” look through the three materials that have been used.
