today, there are no limitations or restrictions on where we work. as long as you have the task to complete with you, an employee is still considered fully working even when sitting down in the corner of a coffee shop alone.

we have seen several companies began to shift their working trends, including at home. now we wonder which one is more productive? working at the office or home. the answer is, both can enhance productivity only if the space provides a good and comfortable design to sit on.

however, the debate is still on as there is (still) the fear of letting employees work from home because some believe it makes them less productive.

in 2013, several large organizations insisted that employees return to the office. while reddit company closed two offices, requiring employees to commute to a farther office or find a new job and ibm began implementing a “move or leave” program to reunite employees in six locations.
